چکیده
Bu araştırmada özel eğitim ve rehabilitasyon merkezlerinde çalışan çocuk gelişimcilerin çalışma biçimleri, koşulları yaşadıkları sorunların belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Nitel araştırma yaklaşımlarından fenomenolojik desende yürütülen amaçlı örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. doğrultuda araştırmaya gönüllü olarak dahil olmayı kabul eden 20 gelişimciye ulaşılmıştır. Veriler araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılarak toplanmış betimsel analiz yöntemiyle değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma bulgularına göre gelişimciler, görev tanımlarına uygun çalışamamaktadır. Yoğun süreleri, düşük maaş, meslek yasası, tanımı özlük hakları açısından sorunlar yaşamaktadır.
